PPA Implementation Guarantee
Version: PPA-GUARANTEE-2026-07-22-v1 Effective for eligible orders accepted on or after July 22, 2026
1. What this guarantee is
This is a voluntary commercial guarantee for Podcast Profit Accelerator (PPA). It applies only if the order page or written offer accepted at purchase expressly includes the PPA Implementation Guarantee and identifies this version or links to this page.
This guarantee is additional to mandatory legal rights. It does not replace or limit consumer withdrawal, conformity, misrepresentation or other non-waivable remedies.
If every condition below is satisfied and the customer's Comparison Revenue has not increased by more than the Investment, MPriet credits and refunds the PPA programme charge actually paid, including VAT charged on that programme charge where it must be reversed. The guarantee does not reimburse payment-provider charges paid separately by the customer, instalment financing costs, advertising, hosting, software or other third-party costs unless the accepted order expressly states otherwise.
2. Claim deadline
A complete claim must be submitted no later than 30 calendar days after publication of Qualifying Episode 20. A submission is complete when the required account, podcast, implementation and financial evidence has been received.
If a timely claim is missing a specific item, we identify it and normally allow 14 calendar days to cure the omission. The cure period cannot be used to create activity that was required before Episode 20.
3. Programme completion
Before the claim is submitted:
- Every PPA lesson available under the purchased programme version must be marked completed in the learning platform.
- Every mandatory assignment must be submitted in the designated system and recorded as completed.
- Required submissions must be genuine and relate to the claimant's own business and podcast.
Platform event records are the primary evidence. A documented platform failure can be proved by dated screenshots, support correspondence or equivalent records.
The lesson and assignment list is locked to the programme manifest stored with the eligible order. This guarantee version uses PPA-PROGRAMME-2026-07-22-v1, containing 18 required lessons and their listed assignment items; the bonus lesson is excluded. Later course changes do not add new requirements to an existing eligible order.
4. Twenty qualifying episodes
The customer must publish 20 Qualifying Episodes in one public podcast RSS feed. They are numbered 1–20 by public RSS publication order after excluding non-qualifying items; the title itself does not need to contain an episode number. Qualifying Episode 1 is therefore the podcast's first real episode for this guarantee, even if a trailer, teaser or announcement appeared earlier in the feed.
A Qualifying Episode is an original, substantive episode created for the implemented podcast. A trailer, teaser, rerun, duplicated episode, advertisement, replay or bonus announcement does not count. Each episode must contain a distinct principal story, turning point or angle.
The required publication rhythm is:
- Episodes 1–3: published on the launch date.
- Episodes 4–5: published no later than 7 calendar days after the launch date.
- Episodes 6–7: published 8–14 days after the launch date.
- Episodes 8–9: published 15–21 days after the launch date.
- Episodes 10–11: published 22–28 days after the launch date.
- Episodes 12–20: one episode in each successive 7-day publishing window after day 28.
The public RSS publication timestamp is the primary date. Captivate is the taught and recommended host. Another host qualifies only if it provides a valid public RSS feed and equivalent auditable publication data.
Each episode must include the publication package taught in PPA: title, summary, full show notes, guest details where applicable, relevant links, a clear next step, and the other discoverability details reasonably applicable to that episode. The machine may verify these elements from the public feed, hosting export and Suite audit record. If an element genuinely does not apply, the claimant must identify it and explain why in the claim rather than leaving the field silently incomplete.
5. Mr. Podcast Suite promotion for all 20 episodes
Mr. Podcast Suite must be used for every Qualifying Episode. The Suite audit trail must show that the episode or its source transcript was processed and that the episode promotion package was created.
Mr. Podcast Suite is the required current implementation route for this guarantee. Some older PPA lesson examples may show legacy production or scheduling tools such as Descript or Publer. Those examples explain the underlying production method but do not replace or waive the Suite requirement for an order that expressly includes this guarantee version.
For each of the 20 episodes, the required package is:
- 3 short clips.
- 1 blog post.
- 2 emails.
- 5 social posts.
The Suite record must show each required asset as approved and published or sent through a connected channel. A scheduled asset qualifies provisionally only when it has a dated schedule within 30 days of the relevant episode publication; final approval waits until the scheduled action is recorded as published or sent. If a destination cannot be connected, an asset qualifies when the Suite records an export and the customer supplies the resulting public URL, platform timestamp or sent-email evidence.
Drafts that were never reviewed, exported, scheduled or published do not qualify. Genuine third-party outages are assessed from incident and fallback evidence and do not automatically invalidate an otherwise compliant claim.
6. Structure check of three episodes
The structural review uses exactly Qualifying Episodes 1, 10 and 20. These fixed positions represent the beginning, middle and end of implementation and are not selected after seeing the result.
Each reviewed episode must contain the five HITSS elements taught in PPA:
- Human Hook: a listener-focused question, cliffhanger or compelling moment before the main introduction.
- Inspirational Intro: the show's promise, the guest or story context and why the episode matters.
- Turningpoint Tale: a human story that moves from before, through friction and a turning point, to an after-state and useful lesson.
- Soft Sell: a relevant, non-deceptive next step placed before the Signature Segment.
- Signature Segment: the show's consistent named closing question or segment.
Each reviewed episode must be focused on one principal turning-point tale, be an interview or approved story-led format, and normally run 15–20 minutes. Minor timing variance does not fail an otherwise compliant episode when all five elements and the intended focused structure are clear.
Transcripts, episode audio and public metadata may be checked by software. A low-confidence or failed automated structure check is reviewed by a person before final denial.
7. Revenue comparison
The customer must document two equal periods:
- Baseline Period: the 30 consecutive calendar days ending immediately before the publication date of Qualifying Episode 1.
- Comparison Period: the 30 consecutive calendar days ending immediately before the publication date of Qualifying Episode 20.
Revenue means gross ordinary business revenue actually collected during the period, excluding VAT or sales tax, loans, owner contributions, investment proceeds, asset sales, intercompany or related-party transfers, and amounts later refunded or charged back. All ordinary business revenue is included, not only revenue attributed to the podcast.
Revenue Increase equals Comparison Revenue minus Baseline Revenue. Investment means the PPA programme price actually paid excluding VAT and excluding payment fees charged separately, instalment financing costs, third-party software, hosting, advertising and other external costs. This net-of-VAT definition is used only for the revenue comparison; it does not reduce VAT that must be reversed on an approved refund.
The revenue condition is satisfied when Revenue Increase is less than or equal to the Investment.
Both periods must be calculated in the same accounting currency and on the same collection basis. Foreign-currency receipts must use the business's consistently applied accounting conversion method.
8. Financial evidence
The claim must be submitted through the designated secure upload route, not an ordinary community post or unsecured email, and must include, for both comparison periods:
- Business bank statements for every account receiving operating revenue.
- Payment-processor and checkout exports, including Stripe, HighLevel, PayPal or equivalent services used.
- Sales ledger, invoices and credit notes, or an accounting-system revenue report reconcilable to the statements.
- A short reconciliation showing included revenue, excluded transfers, refunds and the final period total.
- A signed declaration that the evidence covers every business account, entity and payment route used to receive ordinary revenue.
Documents must show the business or account holder, dates, transaction amounts and source needed to reconcile revenue. Unrelated expense descriptions may be redacted. Revenue entries, period dates, account identity and totals may not be obscured.
If the customer changed entity or payment route, the evidence must consolidate every relevant entity and route. Deferring invoices, moving receipts, concealing revenue, creating non-genuine episodes or altering audit records invalidates the voluntary guarantee and may constitute fraud.
9. Review process
The first review may be automated. It checks objective platform events, RSS dates, Suite records, required assets, selected episode transcripts and uploaded financial evidence.
The system returns a pass, a list of missing or failed checks, or a manual-review status. Uncertainty is not treated as a final rejection. A person reviews material failures, low-confidence episode assessments and customer challenges before final denial.
The customer may request human review at mp@mrpodcast.com and provide a concise explanation or corrective evidence. We normally issue the final written decision within 30 days after receiving a complete claim or completed cure package.
10. Refund and effect
An approved refund is made to the original payment method where reasonably possible and is accompanied by the appropriate credit documentation. It covers the PPA programme charge actually paid, including VAT charged on that programme charge where it must be reversed, but not the external costs listed in section 1. The refund is issued without undue delay after approval. Access to PPA and included paid software or bonuses ends when the refund is made, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Approval does not transfer ownership of the customer's podcast or published assets. Existing third-party subscriptions and costs remain the customer's responsibility.
11. No general earnings promise
The guarantee is a conditional refund promise, not a representation that every customer will earn a particular amount. Business results vary with offer, market, sales process, pricing, implementation and external factors.
