Terms of Service and PPA Guarantees
Version: MR-PODCAST-TERMS-2026-07-23-v5 Last updated: July 23, 2026
A friendly summary
We want this agreement to be understandable. In short:
- Mr. Podcast provides business-focused podcast education, software, workflows, community and support.
- The exact product, price, payment plan, access period and included services are shown on the order page or in the written offer you accept.
- Podcast Profit Accelerator (PPA) can include two voluntary guarantees: a simple 3-Day Fit Guarantee and a conditional 90-Day Implementation Guarantee. Both are stated in full in section 6.
- We use AI and specialist suppliers to deliver, moderate, support and improve the services. Important decisions involving a disputed guarantee can be reviewed by a person.
- Your content remains yours. You give us only the rights reasonably needed to provide the service.
- The privacy notice in section 14 explains how we use personal data. Accepting these Terms acknowledges that notice; it is not blanket consent to processing that legally requires a separate choice.
- Mandatory consumer and data-protection rights always continue to apply.
This summary helps you navigate the agreement but does not replace the numbered terms below.
1. Operator and contact
Mr. Podcast is operated by MPriet, CVR 32212263, Vermlandsgade 70, st. tv, 2300 København S, Denmark ("MPriet", "Mr. Podcast", "we", "us" or "our").
Customer and support email: mp@mrpodcast.com.
Public support telephone: +1 518-676-7763. Written support, cancellation and contractual notices should be sent to mp@mrpodcast.com. A telephone call or voicemail does not replace an email where these Terms expressly require written notice, but we will not reject a legally valid notice merely because it uses another method permitted by mandatory law.
1.1 Acceptance, authority and a record you can keep
You accept these Terms when you use a checkout control that clearly states that the order creates a payment obligation and requires acceptance of these Terms, or when you sign or otherwise expressly accept a written offer that incorporates them. Merely browsing the website does not create a paid agreement.
If you accept on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. If you purchase wholly or mainly outside your trade or profession, the consumer protections described below may apply even if you entered a business name.
The version identifier above, the order confirmation and the product-specific order page together identify the terms accepted for the order. You may print or save this page. We also provide the accepted order and guarantee statement electronically in a form intended to be stored. Acceptance of these Terms acknowledges receipt of the privacy information in section 14; it is not consent to non-essential cookies, marketing, synthetic voice use or any other processing for which the law requires a separate freely given choice.
2. The agreement and order of documents
These Terms govern our websites, branded app, programmes, communities, assessments, Mr. Podcast Suite, support and related services. Your agreement consists of:
1. the order page or written offer accepted at purchase; 2. these Terms, including the two PPA guarantees where the accepted order expressly includes them; 3. product descriptions and programme manifests expressly incorporated at purchase; and 4. our Privacy Policy for information about personal-data processing.
If documents conflict, the more specific accepted product term controls, subject to mandatory law. A commercial guarantee is also binding on the basis of associated advertising available at or before purchase where applicable law gives that advertising precedence.
We provide the accepted order and applicable terms electronically so they can be stored. Please retain that confirmation. The governing guarantee version cannot later be made materially less favourable for an existing eligible order without your agreement.
3. Eligibility, business use and accounts
The services are designed for adults operating or preparing a business. You must be at least 18, provide accurate information, keep credentials secure and tell us promptly about suspected misuse. Access is personal unless agreed otherwise and may not be shared, resold, transferred or sublicensed.
You must tell us if you purchase as a consumer. If you purchase wholly or mainly outside your trade or profession, mandatory consumer rights may apply even though the product is business-oriented. MPriet bears any burden imposed by law of proving that an agreement is not a consumer agreement.
4. Products, access and availability
The product, included services, access period, live or asynchronous support, software allowance and community access are those shown in the accepted order. Some Steps, videos, rewards or communities remain hidden until stated requirements are met. Progression may require completion of a video and a new forum reply that genuinely attempts every assignment question. Automated systems may perform the first check. Contact us if a check appears mistaken.
Deadlines form part of some programme designs. We may correct access errors and duplicate unlocks and may improve or reorganise content while preserving its essential purpose. Planned maintenance, security work, internet failures and third-party outages can interrupt availability; we use reasonable efforts to restore service.
The native app may be used to consume access already granted. The absence of native checkout does not alter an existing web purchase.
5. Prices, payment and statutory consumer rights
The total price, currency, VAT treatment, instalments and payment dates are shown before purchase. Amounts must be paid when due. An instalment plan divides the price; it is not a cancellable monthly subscription unless the order expressly says so. Third-party software, hosting, advertising and production costs are not included unless expressly stated.
For a business purchase, payments are non-refundable once delivery has begun unless the accepted order, one of the guarantees below or mandatory law says otherwise.
For consumers, nothing in these Terms or in a commercial guarantee limits mandatory withdrawal, conformity, misrepresentation or other remedies. Where immediate performance or digital delivery is requested, any loss or reduction of a statutory withdrawal right requires the separate prior express request, consent, acknowledgement and durable confirmation required by law. Acceptance of these Terms alone is not that consent or acknowledgement.
If a consumer exercises a statutory withdrawal right, we apply the statutory procedure, repayment rules and rules concerning already delivered services or digital content. A voluntary guarantee is additional to those rights and never replaces a longer mandatory right.
5.1 Statutory withdrawal information for consumers
This section applies only if you purchase as a consumer and a statutory exception does not apply. You generally have 14 days from the day the agreement is concluded to withdraw without giving a reason. To exercise that right, send an unambiguous statement before the deadline to MPriet, Vermlandsgade 70, st. tv, 2300 København S, Denmark, or to mp@mrpodcast.com. You may use the model form in Appendix A, but it is not mandatory.
If you expressly request that a service starts during the withdrawal period and then withdraw before it is fully performed, you may have to pay a proportionate amount for the service already supplied, but only where the statutory conditions are met. For paid digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the withdrawal right is lost only after your prior express consent to immediate supply, your acknowledgement that this causes the right to be lost, and our confirmation of that consent and acknowledgement on a durable medium. Merely accepting these Terms, creating an account or opening a lesson is not by itself a waiver.
Where withdrawal is valid, we repay the amounts required by law without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the notice, using the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed and does not create fees for you. After withdrawal from digital content or a digital service, you must stop using it and must not make it available to others.
The checkout and order confirmation contain the accepted product, its main features, total price and taxes, payment schedule, access period and any specific delivery terms. An electronic order that creates a payment obligation is not binding on a consumer unless the final order control clearly communicates that payment obligation as required by law.
5.2 Online withdrawal function
Where a consumer agreement was concluded through our online interface and a statutory withdrawal right remains available, the consumer may use the online withdrawal function on this Terms page. It asks only for the name, purchasing email, information identifying the order and the email address for confirmation. The final control is clearly labelled Confirm Withdrawal. We send a durable electronic receipt without undue delay showing the content, date and time of the submission.
Open the online withdrawal function: https://hi.mrpodcast.com/widget/form/pycpuDtUpGQNX7jb9cHY
The online function is an additional route. A consumer may still withdraw by any other unambiguous statement sent before the deadline, including by email to mp@mrpodcast.com. The function does not replace the simpler 3-Day Fit Guarantee route for an eligible PPA order.
6. Podcast Profit Accelerator: two voluntary guarantees
The guarantees in this section apply only when the PPA order page or written offer accepted at purchase expressly includes them. They are offered by MPriet at the address in section 1. They are additional to mandatory legal rights.
6.1 Guarantee One — 3-Day Fit Guarantee
You may cancel an eligible PPA order for any reason, or for no stated reason, by sending a clear request from the purchasing email address to mp@mrpodcast.com no later than 72 hours after the recorded purchase timestamp. Use the subject line "3-Day PPA Guarantee" if possible.
No lesson, assignment, episode, Suite activity, evidence of implementation or explanation is required. The sending timestamp controls whether the request was timely. We may verify account and payment identity, but we do not require you to justify the decision.
On an approved request, we refund the PPA programme charge actually paid, including VAT charged on that programme charge where it must be reversed, to the original payment method where reasonably possible. Any unpaid PPA instalments are cancelled. Separate payment-provider charges paid by you and external software, hosting, advertising or production costs are not refunded unless the accepted order expressly includes them. PPA access and included paid bonuses or software end when the cancellation is processed.
We process the refund without undue delay. This guarantee does not shorten any statutory right that gives a consumer more than 72 hours.
6.2 Guarantee Two — 90-Day PPA Implementation Guarantee
This is an implementation-based money-back guarantee, not an unconditional trial and not a promise that every customer will make money. It rewards full, documented use of the system.
To avoid making the guarantee less favourable than the spoken offer, the 90-day implementation period runs from publication of Qualifying Episode 1, not from the earlier purchase date. Qualifying Episode 20 must be published no later than 90 calendar days after Qualifying Episode 1.
If every condition in sections 6.3–6.9 is met and Comparison Revenue has not increased by more than the Investment, MPriet refunds the PPA programme charge actually paid, including VAT charged on that programme charge where it must be reversed, and cancels any unpaid PPA instalments.
6.3 Claim deadline and secure submission
Start the claim no later than 30 calendar days after publication of Qualifying Episode 20 by emailing mp@mrpodcast.com from the purchasing email address with the subject "PPA Implementation Guarantee". We then provide the designated secure upload route for financial and implementation evidence. Do not post financial evidence in a community or send full bank statements through ordinary email.
The email timestamp controls the claim deadline. If a timely claim is missing a specific item, we identify it and normally allow 14 calendar days to cure the omission. The cure period can supply missing evidence but cannot create lessons, assignments, episodes, promotion or other activity that had to occur before Episode 20.
6.4 Complete the programme and assignments
Before the claim is submitted:
- every required PPA lesson must be marked completed in the learning platform;
- every mandatory assignment must be submitted in the designated system and recorded as completed; and
- submissions must be genuine and relate to the claimant's own business and podcast.
Platform records are the primary evidence. A documented platform failure can instead be proved by dated screenshots, support correspondence or equivalent records.
For this guarantee version, the required programme is locked to manifest PPA-PROGRAMME-2026-07-22-v1: 18 required lessons with their listed assignment items. The bonus lesson is excluded. Later course changes do not add requirements to an existing eligible order.
6.5 Publish 20 qualifying episodes in the taught rhythm
The customer must publish 20 original, substantive episodes in one public podcast RSS feed. A trailer, teaser, rerun, duplicated episode, advertisement, replay or bonus announcement does not count. Episodes are numbered 1–20 by first public RSS publication order after non-qualifying items are excluded. Qualifying Episode 1 is the first real episode for this guarantee.
The required rhythm, measured from the Episode 1 launch date, is:
- Episodes 1–3: on the launch date.
- Episodes 4–5: no later than day 7.
- Episodes 6–7: days 8–14.
- Episodes 8–9: days 15–21.
- Episodes 10–11: days 22–28.
- Episodes 12–19: one episode in each successive seven-day window from days 29–84.
- Episode 20: days 85–90.
The public RSS timestamp is the primary date. Captivate is the taught and recommended host. Another host qualifies if it provides a valid public RSS feed and equivalent auditable publication data.
Each episode must include the publication package taught in PPA: title, summary, full show notes, guest details where applicable, relevant links, a clear next step and reasonably applicable discoverability fields. If an item genuinely does not apply, identify it in the claim and explain why rather than leaving it silently incomplete.
6.6 Use Mr. Podcast Suite to promote all 20 episodes
Mr. Podcast Suite must be used for every Qualifying Episode. Its audit trail must show that the episode or source transcript was processed and that the promotion package was created, reviewed and put into use.
For each of the 20 episodes, the required package is:
- 3 short clips;
- 1 blog post;
- 2 emails; and
- 5 social posts.
Each asset must be recorded as approved and published or sent through a connected channel. A scheduled asset qualifies provisionally only when its schedule is within 30 days of the relevant episode; final approval requires a published or sent record. If a destination cannot be connected, a Suite export qualifies when the customer supplies the corresponding public URL, platform timestamp or sent-email evidence. Unreviewed drafts do not qualify.
Older PPA examples may show legacy tools such as Descript or Publer. Those examples teach the underlying method but do not replace the Suite requirement for an order that includes this guarantee version.
6.7 Structure check of exactly three episodes
The structural sample is fixed in advance: Qualifying Episodes 1, 10 and 20. We do not choose the sample after seeing the result.
Each sampled episode must contain the five HITSS elements taught in PPA:
1. Human Hook — a listener-focused question, cliffhanger or compelling moment before the main introduction. 2. Inspirational Intro — the show's promise, guest or story context and why the episode matters. 3. Turningpoint Tale — a human story moving through a before-state, friction, turning point, after-state and useful lesson. 4. Soft Sell — a relevant and non-deceptive next step before the Signature Segment. 5. Signature Segment — the show's consistent named closing question or segment.
Each sampled episode must focus on one principal turning-point tale, use an interview or approved story-led format and normally run 15–20 minutes. Minor timing variance does not fail an otherwise compliant episode when all five elements and the intended focused structure are clear.
Software may check transcripts, audio and public metadata. A low-confidence or failed automated structure result receives human review before final denial.
6.8 Revenue comparison and Investment
The customer must document two equal periods:
- Baseline Period: the 30 consecutive calendar days ending immediately before the publication date of Qualifying Episode 1.
- Comparison Period: the 30 consecutive calendar days ending immediately before the publication date of Qualifying Episode 20.
Revenue means gross ordinary business revenue actually collected during the period, excluding VAT or sales tax, loans, owner contributions, investment proceeds, asset sales, intercompany or related-party transfers and amounts later refunded or charged back. All ordinary business revenue is included, whether or not the customer attributes it to the podcast.
Revenue Increase equals Comparison Revenue minus Baseline Revenue. Investment means the PPA programme price actually paid excluding VAT and excluding separately charged payment fees, financing costs, third-party software, hosting, advertising and other external costs. The net-of-VAT definition is only for the comparison; it does not reduce VAT that must be reversed on an approved refund.
The revenue condition is met when Revenue Increase is less than or equal to Investment. Both periods use the same accounting currency and collection basis. Foreign-currency receipts use the business's consistently applied accounting conversion method.
6.9 Evidence, verification and decision
For both revenue periods, the secure claim package must contain:
- statements for every business bank account receiving operating revenue;
- complete exports from every payment processor or checkout used, including Stripe, HighLevel, PayPal or equivalents;
- sales ledger, invoices and credit notes, or a reconcilable accounting revenue report;
- a short reconciliation of included revenue, excluded transfers, refunds and final totals; and
- a signed declaration that every relevant business entity, account and payment route is included.
Documents must show the account holder or business, dates, transaction amounts and source needed to reconcile revenue. Unrelated expense descriptions may be redacted. Revenue entries, period dates, account identity and totals may not be obscured. A change of entity or payment route must be consolidated. Deliberately concealing or deferring revenue, using non-genuine episodes or altering records invalidates the voluntary guarantee and may constitute fraud.
The first review may be automated. It can check platform events, RSS data, Suite records, required assets, the three fixed episode transcripts and the uploaded evidence. The result is pass, a specific list of missing or failed checks, or manual review. Uncertainty is not a final rejection. A person reviews material failures, low-confidence assessments and a customer's reasoned challenge before final denial.
We normally issue the final written decision within 30 days after receiving a complete claim or cure package. An approved refund is made to the original payment method where reasonably possible without undue delay. Access to PPA and included paid software or bonuses ends when the refund is processed. Customer-owned podcast episodes and published assets remain the customer's property.
The two voluntary guarantees cannot produce a double recovery of the same PPA charge.
6.10 Guarantee statement, scope and relationship to advertising
Guarantor: MPriet, CVR 32212263, Vermlandsgade 70, st. tv, 2300 København S, Denmark. Covered product: Podcast Profit Accelerator orders whose accepted order page or written offer expressly includes the relevant guarantee. Territorial scope: worldwide, subject to the payment method being capable of receiving a refund and without limiting mandatory local rights. Guarantee One duration: 72 hours from the recorded purchase timestamp. Guarantee Two duration and claim window: the implementation period and claim deadline in sections 6.2–6.3. How to claim: follow section 6.1 for Guarantee One and sections 6.3–6.9 for Guarantee Two. Remedy: refund and cancellation of unpaid PPA instalments as expressly described above.
These guarantees are binding on MPriet in accordance with the accepted guarantee statement and applicable advertising available before purchase. If advertising and this statement conflict, we apply the promise that mandatory law requires us to honour. The guarantees provide additional contractual rights and do not affect statutory rights concerning withdrawal, conformity, misleading statements, defective digital content or services, or other mandatory remedies.
The guarantee version applicable to an eligible purchase is supplied with the order confirmation on a durable medium. If the guarantee was marketed in Danish to a consumer, the applicable guarantee statement is also supplied in Danish. A failure to meet a formal presentation requirement does not deprive the customer of a guarantee promise that is otherwise binding under applicable law.
7. Educational nature and results
We provide education, software, workflows, templates, feedback and implementation support—not legal, tax, accounting or investment advice. You remain responsible for your offer, guests, claims, podcast, marketing, connected accounts and compliance.
Testimonials, cases and public examples are not promises of typical results. Except for the two written refund promises above, we do not promise downloads, audience growth, clients, sales, revenue or profit. Outcomes depend on implementation, offer, market, timing, skill and external factors.
8. Community, support and user content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format, analyse and display it only as reasonably necessary to deliver, secure, moderate and improve the services and perform requested AI or production tasks.
You must have permission to upload guest recordings, credentials, financial evidence, business records and third-party material. Do not submit harassment, threats, hate, unlawful or fraudulent material, spam, malware, infringing content, unauthorised personal data or attempts to manipulate progression, guarantee evidence or security.
Users can use available report and block controls. We may review, preserve, restrict or remove content, and warn, suspend or terminate accounts, when reasonably necessary for safety, law, investigation or enforcement.
The Messenger Center may receive community comments and private messages. The Reward Funnel assignment forum focuses on encouragement and progression. The PPA forum AMA — Ask Mr. Podcast Anything is the main PPA and podcast-support area for eligible clients.
9. AI and automated decisions
AI may transcribe media, classify messages, evaluate whether an assignment attempts all required questions, retrieve Mr. Podcast knowledge, generate drafts, analyse programme evidence or help prepare support replies. Personal replies may be routed for human approval.
AI can make mistakes. Where an automated check affects progression, you can submit a new response or contact support. A disputed guarantee receives the cure and human-review protections in section 6.9. We do not base a final guarantee denial solely on an uncertain AI result.
10. Connected services and suppliers
Features can depend on Passion.io, HighLevel/LeadConnector, Cloudflare and Cloudflare Workers AI, Google Workspace, Google APIs and Gemini, Slack, Zapier, Anthropic, AssemblyAI, Descript, ElevenLabs, Captivate, Ayrshare, Publer, Placid, VideoAsk/Typeform, Sendspark, Vimeo, Stripe, Instantly, Rephonic, Meta, Spotify, Apple podcast services, YouTube and connected distribution or social platforms. HYROS and Google measurement tools are used only when activated with the required consent. Their availability and any separate terms for accounts you connect also apply.
The current supplier and data-flow register is at https://legal.mrpodcast.com/suppliers. The Privacy Policy explains roles, purposes, transfers and rights.
You authorise us to send, retrieve, transform, schedule or publish content through connections you enable. You are responsible for maintaining those accounts and reviewing material before publication where the workflow provides approval.
11. Intellectual property and permitted use
Our brand, programme structure, videos, audio, scripts, methods, templates, software, graphics, assessments and materials are owned by or licensed to MPriet. During authorised access, we grant a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence for your own business and learning.
You may not resell, distribute, scrape, reverse engineer, share credentials, create competing training from, or give third parties access to our materials without written permission. You may use authorised outputs created for your business, subject to guest, platform and third-party rights.
12. Suspension, termination and account deletion
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, unlawful conduct, security risk, account sharing, abuse or manipulation of evidence. Where reasonable, we provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. You may request account deletion at https://legal.mrpodcast.com/account-deletion.
Termination does not remove accrued payment obligations or rights that by nature survive. On a valid withdrawal or refund, rules concerning continued use of digital content and retrieval of qualifying user-generated content follow mandatory law.
13. Disclaimers and liability
The services are provided on an "as available" basis. Nothing excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intent or gross negligence where exclusion is unlawful, personal injury, mandatory consumer remedies or data-protection obligations.
For business customers and subject to mandatory law, MPriet is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost revenue, lost data or business interruption. MPriet's aggregate liability for a paid service will not exceed the amount paid for that service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not reduce an approved amount under either voluntary guarantee.
14. Privacy, AI, cookies and security notice
This section is the concise privacy notice provided with these Terms. The fuller Privacy Policy at https://mrpodcast.com/privacy-policy forms the current detailed notice and supplier register. If the two notices differ, we apply the interpretation that provides the clearest and most complete information to the individual; neither document can reduce rights under data-protection law.
14.1 Controller, data and sources
MPriet, CVR 32212263, at the address in section 1 is the controller for the personal data for which it determines the purposes and means of processing. We process identifiers and contact details; order, payment and entitlement records; programme progress and assignment replies; community posts and private support messages; podcast, RSS, transcript, media, guest and marketing material; connected-account identifiers and tokens; technical, device, cookie and security logs; support history; and guarantee-claim evidence. We receive information from you, your authorised connections, public podcast or business sources, and the suppliers used to provide the service.
Do not upload special-category data, government identity documents, full bank statements or confidential third-party information unless a specifically designated secure process requests it. Financial evidence for a guarantee must use the secure claim route, not ordinary community posts or email.
14.2 Purposes and legal bases
We process data to enter into and perform the agreement; deliver access, software, support, messages, assessments and requested publishing; administer payments and guarantees; secure and troubleshoot the services; moderate community content; meet accounting, consumer, data-protection and legal obligations; and establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Those activities rely, as applicable, on contract necessity, legal obligation and legitimate interests in operating a secure, useful and accountable service.
Marketing, non-essential measurement, optional connected-platform publishing and any use that legally requires consent rely on the separate choice shown at the relevant point. Consent can be withdrawn for future processing without affecting processing already lawfully performed. We do not sell personal data.
14.3 AI and meaningful human review
AI may transcribe audio, extract podcast information, classify messages, assess whether every required assignment question was genuinely attempted, retrieve programme knowledge, draft replies, generate requested content and perform the first verification of guarantee evidence. The systems can analyse the text, media, progress and metadata relevant to the requested task.
Reward Funnel progression can be delayed automatically if a new forum reply does not appear to answer every required question. The user can submit a new reply or contact support. A final denial of the PPA Implementation Guarantee is not based solely on an uncertain automated result: material failures, low confidence and a reasoned challenge receive human review. Individuals may ask for human intervention, express their view and contest a materially significant automated outcome by contacting mp@mrpodcast.com.
We do not use customer content to train a general-purpose public model unless this is expressly disclosed and supported by a valid legal basis. Supplier processing is governed by the relevant contract and configured service terms.
14.4 Recipients, international transfers and connected services
We share only the information reasonably needed with the supplier categories and named services in section 10 and the current register at https://legal.mrpodcast.com/suppliers. Depending on the enabled feature, processing can involve Passion.io; HighLevel/LeadConnector; Cloudflare; Google Workspace, Google APIs, Gemini, YouTube and related Google services; Slack; Zapier; Anthropic; AssemblyAI; Descript; ElevenLabs; Captivate; Ayrshare; Publer; Placid; VideoAsk/Typeform; Sendspark; Vimeo; Stripe; Instantly; Rephonic; Meta; Spotify; Apple podcast services; HYROS; and connected social or distribution platforms.
Some suppliers or subprocessors are outside the EEA. Where the GDPR requires a transfer mechanism, we rely on an adequacy decision, approved standard contractual clauses with appropriate supplementary measures, or another lawful mechanism. The supplier register identifies material service roles and is maintained as the stack changes. Connected platforms may also act as independent controllers under their own notices for activity you authorise there.
14.5 Retention
We keep account and service data while the account or relevant service is active and then for the period reasonably needed for deletion, support, security and legal claims. Accounting and transaction records are normally retained for the period required by Danish bookkeeping and tax law. Guarantee evidence and decisions are normally retained until the applicable claim and limitation periods expire. Community content remains until removed, the account is deleted or retention is required for safety or legal reasons. Backup copies expire on their normal protected rotation. More specific periods and criteria are stated in the Privacy Policy and internal retention schedule.
14.6 Rights and complaints
Subject to applicable conditions, individuals can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection, withdraw consent, and object to direct marketing. They can also request the safeguards described in section 14.3. Requests can be sent to mp@mrpodcast.com. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity and protect the account.
Individuals may complain to Datatilsynet, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark, https://www.datatilsynet.dk, or another competent supervisory authority. Account deletion can be initiated at https://mrpodcast.com/account-deletion.
14.7 Cookies and security
Strictly necessary storage supports login, security, preferences and service delivery. Non-essential analytics, attribution or advertising storage is activated only in accordance with the choice shown in the cookie interface and applicable law. Acceptance of these Terms is not consent to non-essential tracking.
We use proportionate organisational and technical safeguards, access controls, encrypted transport, logging and supplier controls. No internet service can promise absolute security. Tell us promptly at mp@mrpodcast.com if you suspect unauthorised access or a security incident involving your account.
15. Changes and discontinuation
The version accepted at purchase governs that purchase. We may update future terms and operational features. We do not retroactively make an accepted guarantee materially harder without the customer's agreement. Material changes affecting an ongoing paid service are communicated on a durable medium where required.
If we permanently discontinue a material paid service during a promised fixed access period without supplying a reasonably equivalent service, affected customers retain applicable contractual and mandatory remedies.
16. Governing law and complaints
Danish law applies without limiting mandatory rights in a consumer's country of residence. Contact mp@mrpodcast.com first so we can try to resolve the matter.
A Danish consumer may, where the statutory conditions are met, submit a complaint through Mæglingsteamet for Forbrugerklager and Forbrugerklagenævnet via Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark, https://naevneneshus.dk.
Danish courts have jurisdiction unless mandatory law requires another forum.
Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from using a competent court or complaint body available under mandatory law in the consumer's country of residence.
